Add-ons and Domains
You can always add additional disk space, extra email accounts and extra domains at any time.
Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your package at any time on both monthly and annual packages. If you’re not entirely happy with our services we’re happy to give you a full refund if you let us know within the first 14 days. Please note that this excludes domain registrations as those sales are final.
Transferring in from somewhere else?
You can also commission us to transfer your existing website into WP Hosting. This service is FREE with VIP Hosting and costs a one hour support slot on the other packages.
