Sign up for our monthly support contract and we’ll make sure your WordPress site is always updated and secure, no matter who you’re hosting with. This is great for users who don’t log in to their site much and use WordPress as a static website.

Emergency WordPress Issues

Did your site just go down? Site behaving strangely? Has the White Screen of Death come to haunt you? It can be difficult to diagnose exactly what happened – but we’ve pretty much seen it all and can take care of most WordPress emergencies.

Personalised WordPress Training Sessions

If you have any questions that Google just doesn’t want to answer, let us know and we’ll take the time to explain features that are relevant and important to you. We can help you with live screen sharing, personalised video screencasts or written documentation.

What does it all cost?

We have a very easy approach to charging: time slots.

You can book half hour and one hour slots, and you can book as many of them as you need. Since issues are very specific, please contact us and we’ll give you a quote for how long something will take and a total cost. For example, installing a plugin may take half an hour, whereas installing a premium theme or writing personalised documentation may take two or three.

What’s your turnaround time?

Most issues are fixed within 24-48 hours after payment.

We’ve been told our response time is pretty good during business hours (we’re in Eastern Standard Time, or GMT -5).
