@VimeoStaff Is there a way I can complain or otherwise report this? It’s less about making it right for me and more about avoiding other customers having experiences like I’ve just had. Customer Happiness always was a top priority at Vimeo, I’d hate for that to disappear.
@VimeoStaff I’ve upgraded to Pro last night to avoid losing 10 years worth of important uploads. While I appreciate Vimeo’s position on this matter, the customer service experience was seriously terrible and has shattered my trust in Vimeo.
@VimeoStaff My latest attempt was 4498986, in which I’ve asked to speak with someone other than Rohit. That was ignored. My original case was just before that, he never responded to my last question (I can’t find the case number).
